Lost Property
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during travel. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist in recovering lost items, Melbourne Cab Taxi cannot guarantee the return of lost property and accepts no liability for personal items left in vehicles.
Limitation Of Liability
Melbourne Cab Taxi provides transportation services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed appointments, missed flights, business interruptions, or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
